On the dynamic stability of delaminated composite beams under free vibration

چکیده
Abstract This work deals with the analysis of free vibration problem elastic delaminated composite beams. The mainly consists a model development and improvement stage based on first-order shear deformable beam theory. A general is developed taking bending-extensional coupling into account. specified built-in end, one novelties this consideration fact that cannot be fixed rigidly in reality. Thus, Winkler-type foundation applied along length. total potential energy governing equations intact parts are also captured. solved two ways: analytically numerically by using finite element method, respectively. Applying models natural frequencies, mode shapes as well stress resultants determined. comparison frequencies to those measured experimentally shows length resting influences significantly agreement between experiment. In final stage, parametric excitation phenomenon place part analyzed local harmonic balance method. dynamic buckling characterized some stability diagrams, it shown very sensitive frequency leading somewhat controversial critical amplitudes compared measurements.
